Notice of AGM

The Management Committee of Centrestage Productions Youth Theatre hereby give notice of its 2020-2021 Annual General Meeting. (Please note this is a rearranged meeting and will cover all activity from May 2020 - April 2021).

THURSDAY 16th SEPTEMBER 2021 - 7.30pm - THE ARCH

All relevant documentation for the meeting will be sent out to you via email SEVEN days prior to the meeting. This will include the Agenda and any relevant reports. If we do not have your email address and you would like a copy, please contact cpytsec@gmail.com

In line with our constitution, there are a number of vacancies on our Management Committee and we are also seeking a new Designated Safeguarding Lead (Child Protection). Any expressions of interest to be emailed to cpytsec@gmail.com together with a Proposer and Seconder by 7.30pm on Thursday 9th September 2021.

If you have any matters to be raised under 'Any Other Business' these should be submitted to the Secretary in writing by 7.30pm on Thursday 9th September 2021.
