NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

CPYT AGM 2019

Please see below for details regarding this years Annual General Meeting.  Please note all weekly groups will be performing following the business section of the evening.  Therefore, your support and attendance would be greatly appreciated.  

We are also accepting nominations to join the Organising Team for April 2019 - April 2020

Please be aware that you must be proposed and seconded by a member of the organisation (parents of registered young people are automatically members by default with voting rights).  

We will be accepting nominations up until Midnight on Sunday 5th May 2019.  This includes if you wish to challenge any of the existing officer roles (Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer

In the event of there being more nominations than vacancies, a voting process will take place on the evening.

Please note that there will be constitutional changes proposed at this years meeting.  Therefore, a copy will be sent out to you via email, posted on our website and social media pages by Mon 22nd April 2019 for your perusal.
