Sunday 24th May is an extremely busy day for CPYT. There are things going on for everyone to be involved in. Please read on to see how you can support us this weekend.
WORK DAY
10am - 5pm (ish). As many hands as possible are required at The Arch please. There are plenty of jobs for everyone from sorting and tidying through to cleaning, decorating, outdoor work.
BBQ will be provided for those assisting.
LOSERVILLE SIGN ON DAY
The forms state that The Arch will be open from 2pm - 5pm. However, due to the work day taking place, you are welcome to drop your forms into The Arch anytime between 10am - 5pm.
Remember you must provide all documentation that was in your envelope. Upon receipt, you will be issued with your script for the project. If you have any questions or queries, please contact Mike.
The BBQ is open to anyone. However, a charge of 50p per item will be made if you are not assisting in Work Day.
ARCHIE DOBSON REHEARSAL
2pm - 5pm at The Arch.
You are more than welcome to come and join the BBQ for lunch. A small charge of 50p per item will be made if you are not assisting in Work Day.
A huge congratulations to everyone who attended both evenings of Loserville auditions - the standard was extremely high as always and some very tough choices had to be made.
Please remember that every production requires a strong ensemble and this is no exception. We understand and appreciate that there may be disappointments but we hope that everyone who auditioned remains a part of this exciting project.
Now it time to geek it up, have some fun and make Loserville a successful Summer production for CPYT.
