CPYT LONDON TRIP ITINERARY
Saturday 1st July
0800 – 0830 - Arrival at The Arch. Please note that all Under 18’s will
have their bags searched by a member of CPYT’s Organising Team
before boarding the coach.
0900 - Coach departs from The Arch. We will not wait for any latecomers as we
are on a schedule to get to London on time.
1145 - Backstage Tour of Theatre Royal, Drury Lane
1300 - Lunch in Covent Garden
1400 - Board coach and return to hotel.
1430 - Arrive at hotel. Chillout time at Hotel. We have use of hotel facilities
including swimming pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room.
1645 - Board coach
1730 - Arrive in Covent Garden – Food
1845 - Congregate outside Disney Store at rear of Royal Opera House.
1930 - Performance of School of Rock
2200 - Performance finishes / board coach
2230 - Arrive back at hotel
2300 - All under 18’s in rooms.
Sunday 2nd July
1030 - Latest wake up time. Breakfast is served from 0700 –1130.
1130 - Check out of room and board coach.
1215 - Arrive at Pineapple Dance Studios.
1300 - Workshop begins
1500 - Workshop ends.
1530 - Board coach and depart London
1730 - Arrival at The Arch.

25 year t-shirts must be worn on the backstage tour and the workshop. Please remember to wear sensible clothing for the workshop. Remember it is with industry professionals. Smart casual on Saturday night.
You will be issued with a CPYT lanyard when we board the coach. This does not have to be worn but MUST be in a pocket or a bag.

Firstly I would like to thank everyone for their patience whilst our creative team worked to ensure that we got the best possible casting for this production.
I can confirm that the creative team of Seussical have now cast the production and we are in a position to announce the cast list.
As we always say, it has been a difficult process and we understand that there will be some disappointments. Having spoken with the creative team, this production is being set in such a way that the cast will be onstage for the majority of the production.

Sign On packs will be distributed at weekly sessions this week. If you do not attend these sessions, it is important that you attend next Sunday (11th June) between 2pm and 5pm
If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by a parent/guardian as all paperwork will need to be completed on the day.
We would be most appreciative if the show fee can be paid on this day as well. However, understand that this is very short notice and therefore will accept payment at the first rehearsal if this is more convenient.
