  • 25th Anniversary LONDON TRIP

    Thu 19 Jan 2017

Dear Parents and cast members of CPYT.

By now, most of you are aware that 2017 marks the 25th anniversary of CPYT.  The Organising Team decided a few months ago that we wanted to try and put together a very special weekend to replicate the celebrations of our 10th anniversary.

Therefore, we have organised an action packed weekend trip to London and whilst we appreciate the cost is high, we hope you agree that the activities we have organised provide excellent value for money.

There are currently only 52 spaces available for the trip due to coach sizes.  These will be sold on a first come, first serve basis based on the non-refundable deposit per person being paid to Mike.  A waiting list will be held thereafter and if we have enough interest, we will look into what can be done.

This trip is open to all current members of CPYT and accompanying adults.  Having checked with Hampshire County Council, we are not required to provide chaperones for this trip.  However, have been advised to run it as a school trip would be run and therefore, during any free time, any Under 16s will be expected to stay with a responsible adult unless we have received explicit permission from parents to say that they can go off on their own.

The weekend has been booked and will take place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd July 2017.   The itinerary for the weekend can be found below.

The total cost of the trip is £185 per person for everything included in the itinerary below.  Any exceptions are clearly labelled.  I am more than happy for people to set up payment plans but the full balance will need to paid 4 weeks prior to going (3rd June).

An initial non-refundable deposit of £50 per person will be required to hold your place.

Hotel rooms are priced based on a twin or double room.  If anyone has any special requirements (Single room, family room) then there may be an additional charge.
